The price is fixed. The work is guaranteed five years.
Your agreed quote is fixed, and our workmanship is covered for five years. The job also includes three free follow-up touch-up visits.
The price on the quote is the price you pay
We come out and look at every job before we price it. The price is based on an inspection of the property. Someone walks the job, opens what can be opened, and prices what's really there.
That inspection lets us quote a fixed total. If we get it wrong, if the prep turns out to be twice what we called it or the job takes four days instead of two, that's our mistake and our cost to carry. You pay what's on the quote.
The one thing that changes a price is you asking for more work. Another room, a colour change halfway, the trim you'd decided to leave. That gets quoted and agreed in writing before anyone starts it, so it's never a surprise on the invoice either.
The fixed total covers the work listed in your quote.
What the warranty covers
Our workmanship is covered for five years. This includes our surface preparation, paint application, adhesion and cut lines.
If our work fails inside that period, we come back and put it right at no charge. Contact us to arrange the repair.
Three free touch-ups
Your job also includes three free follow-up touch-up visits during the five-year period. At each visit, we apply quick touch-up coats to the painted areas that need attention. These visits are separate from repairs covered by the workmanship warranty.

How to use it
Ring 03 9118 0425. Johnny can arrange a visit. It's the same number you had at the quote, and it's answered 7am–9pm, seven days.
Tell us what you're looking at and roughly where in the house. A photo helps. We'll tell you whether it's a warranty repair, a touch-up, or something that isn't ours, and explain what happens next.
What it doesn't cover
The workmanship warranty excludes:
- Damage from something structural, like water getting in through a failed gutter or a leaking downpipe. Paint can't fix a building fault, and we'll have told you at the quote if we saw one
- Normal fading on a surface in full sun, which every exterior colour does eventually
- Damage from someone else's work, or from cleaning a wall with something that strips the finish
- Surfaces we advised against painting where you asked us to go ahead anyway. We'll have put that in writing at the time

Job-specific work covered in your scope
These tasks depend on the property. Your written scope states which are included in the fixed total and which are excluded. Any extra work is agreed in writing before it starts.

We inspect your property and provide a free written quote, including the start date and warranty terms. We reply the same day, usually within the hour.
